This Policy explains how AirChekin processes personal data in its hospitality, check-in and operational services.

1. Controller
AirChekin is operated by NEWCORP SERVIÇOS ADMINISTRATIVOS LTDA, CNPJ 14.852.879/0001-04. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@airchekin.com.
2. Data we process
Depending on the service and user role, we may process account and contact data; booking and stay information; guest and companion identification data; CPF or other identification documents; date of birth; document images and selfie used for identity checks; vehicle data; condominium, front desk and cleaning operational records; device, security and technical information; and subscription-related information.
3. Purposes
We process data to provide accounts and services, organize bookings and check-ins, identify guests, validate information, support access control, connect authorized operational participants, provide support, protect the service, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, exercise rights and administer subscriptions.
4. Legal bases
Processing may rely on performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted and balanced with individual rights, consent when legally required, exercise of rights, fraud prevention and other bases available under applicable law.
5. Documents, CPF and identity checks
AirChekin may use technological mechanisms and specialized providers to validate CPF, documents and other information. These checks support the operation and do not guarantee identity, authenticity or absence of fraud. Selfies are used for identity and check-in security purposes, not for advertising profiling.
6. Minors
AirChekin is not directed to children. When a stay includes minors, their data must be provided by a legal guardian or by a person who declares they have authorization from the legal guardian. Additional safeguards and data minimization apply where required.
7. Role-based access and sharing
Access is limited according to role and operational need. Hosts, condominium managers, front desk and cleaning teams receive only the information appropriate to their functions. Front desk access is designed to avoid exposing private document files, selfies and unnecessary contact or birth information.
8. Service providers and international transfers
AirChekin uses specialized providers for infrastructure, storage, document analysis, information validation, notifications and subscription management. They process only data needed for their respective purpose and are subject to applicable contractual, technical and organizational safeguards. Some processing or storage may occur outside the data subject's country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, AirChekin applies the mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Retention and automatic deletion
AirChekin keeps personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, exercise rights and preserve records whose retention is necessary or permitted by law.
Personal data, documents, images and other files used in check-in, identification and validation processes are subject to retention and automatic deletion mechanisms according to their purpose and operational need.
When data is no longer necessary, it is deleted or, where applicable, anonymized, except where retention is necessary or permitted for legal or regulatory compliance, exercise of rights, fraud prevention, security or other lawful grounds.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and restrict access according to operational need. No system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request information, confirmation and access; correction; deletion, anonymization or blocking where applicable; portability where applicable; information about sharing; restriction or objection where applicable; withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis; and review of certain automated processing. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.
12. Account deletion
Users may use the official account deletion page. Deleting an account does not necessarily erase physical, shared or historical operational records that must or may be retained, anonymized or disassociated. Account deletion also does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through an app store.
13. Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Material updates will be communicated where required.
